Reclamere Presents to McQuaide Blasko
In late March Angie Singer Keating presented the e-Forensics topic "Why you Need a Geek in Your Corner" to a group of attorneys at McQuaide Blasko, headquartered on University Drive in State College.
This presentation focuses on recent case law affecting e-Forensics and the various ways e-Discovery is currently being utilized in litigation. Because e-Forensics is a relatively new technology, at times, it is beneficial for legal counsel to gain insight into the most recent information so they can make informed decisions for their clients while limiting the opportunity for sanctions to be imposed on them.
In addition, tips were included on how to properly gather electronic evidence and when it is appropriate to call in forensic experts for assistance.
